9/1/08		Labor Day - Clinic Closed (Let clients know that all sessions are cancelled)
9/2/08		CLINIC begins. (Exchange phone numbers with Clinical Educators and clients.  Call both if you are sick and advise clients to call you or the Clinic Office if they are going to miss their session.)
9/4/08		Convocation - Morning sessions are cancelled
9/9/08		Clinical Educator Information and Clinical Population Forms (if not completed within the past year) are due to Mary Ruth
9/10/08		Initial email (answering two questions) due to Mary Ruth and your clinical educator.
9/15/08		SUGGESTED TIME for Treatment plan drafts & progress reports due to Clinical Educators.  Baseline forms turned in by the Clinical Educators.  EXCEPTION: Attendance problems logged in client chart and reported to the Clinic Coordinator.
9/18/08		Southeastern University Clinical Educators - Asheville, NC (If your clinical educator plans to attend, then clients may be cancelled.)
9/19/08		Southeastern University Clinical Educators Conference continues
9/22/08		Completed Treatment Plans should be in the client's file.   Please inform the Office Staff if the report is to be mailed.
10/13/08		Second email due to Mary Ruth and your clinical educator.  This one answers seven questions.
10/16/08		Fall Break. (Let clients know that all sessions are cancelled)
10/17/08		Fall Break continues.
10/20/08		Schedule an appointment with Donna Brown at 828-262-6053 or browndm@appstate.edu for your exit interview.  If you are scheduled with Donna, then you are automatically scheduled with Mary Ruth.
11/12/08		3rd email reflection due.  This one answer seven questions again.
11/20/08		ASHA Convention - Chicago, IL(November 20-22, 2008)
11/24/08		Schedule a meeting withHeather Woodruff to check your clock hours.  The dates available will be December 3, 4, and 5.  Meet with Heather before you meet with Mary Ruth.
11/24/08		Schedule an appointment with Mary Ruth to FINALIZE your clock hours and turn in your schedule.  The dates that will be available are December 4, 5, and 8.
11/24/08		SUGGESTED TIME for Draft progress reports/discharge summaries due.  End of semester information distributed.
11/25/08		Clinical Educator and Site Evaluation Due for students in Practicum
11/26/08		Thanksgiving Break includes November 27 and 28.  (Let cients know that all sessions are cancelled.)
12/2/08		Last day of clinic.  NOTIFY your clients.  (If needed, missed days can be made up on December 3 and December 4.)
12/3/08		Final email due to Mary Ruth and your clinical educator.  This one answers four questions.
12/5/08		HIPAA and Infection Control Workshops and Internship Mandatory Meeting @ 8:00 - 11:00 .  Room TBA.

12/9/08		Last day of formal classes.  Reports due for mailing by 5:00.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  PLEASE DO NOT STAPLE THE FINAL REPORT AND PLEASE LET THE OFFICE STAFF KNOW THAT THERE IS A REPORT TO BE MAILED.
