Geneva J. Coffey, M.S. CCC-SLP supervises graduate students providing speech-language therapy and evaluations to students, ages 19-21 years in a school setting at Foothills Correctional Institution. Caseloads consist of clients with language disorders (including phonological deficits), articulation disorders, fluency disorders, and voice disorders. Responsibilities include performing diagnostic assessments, writing clinical reports, making diagnostics placement and treatment decisions based on DPI Guidelines, writing Individual Education Plans, writing daily lesson plans and progress notes, and providing weekly therapy for qualified clients.(coffeytom@hotmail.com, 828-438-5586 ext 418)
